I find myself facing difficult situations in my life, I sometimes reassure myself by saying that everything happens for a reason.

That has probably happened to you too. It is the idea that no matter how good, or how painful a role someone or something played, they taught us something.

I, personally, believe is all energy, we are energy, so what we transmit we’ll receive it back. When there are hard times, is the process of learning how to be stronger when even harder times come or even better, for not falling into that tough experience again.

Me encuentro enfrentando situaciones difíciles en mi vida, a veces me tranquilizo diciendo

que todo sucede por alguna razón.

Eso probablemente también te haya sucedido a ti. Es la idea de que no importa qué tan bueno o qué tan doloroso haya sido el rol de alguien o algo, nos enseñaron algo.

 Yo, personalmente, creo que es todo energía, somos energía, entonces lo que transmitimos lo recibiremos de vuelta. 

 Cuando hay momentos difíciles, es el proceso de aprender a ser más fuerte cuando llegan tiempos aún más difíciles o incluso mejor, para no caer nuevamente en esa dura experiencia.
